Study in the UK with the support of a Chevening Scholarship from Mansion House
Mansion House scholarships are awarded by the Lord Mayor of the City of London in a selection of the countries he visits each year, in his primary role of promoting the UK Financial Services Sector. To date, 14 countries have received funding from Mansion House (three non-ODA and 11 ODA). Mansion House makes a standard financial contribution of £7,500, with a couple of exceptions contributing £10,000 (to Republic of Korea in 2017 and Peru in 2015).
There is no guarantee that if a Mansion House Scholarship is awarded in a country one year that they will be awarded the following year, as it depends on the Mayor’s visits. Memoranda of Understanding are created and signed for one year.
Who do they sponsor?
Mansion House sponsors three Chevening Scholarships for applicants from Brazil, Indonesia and Malaysia.
